ROCKWOOL SeaRox insulation covers A-rated, as well as H-rated fire construction requirement associated with marine and offshore industry. This insulation can be installed various surfaces like steel and aluminum bulkhead, deck, roof, floating floor and piping. They can be supplied in varied systems like slab, wire matt and pipe sections, with reinforcement and facing in the form of wire mesh, glass cloth and aluminum foil, which acts as a vapor barrier also.
The key property of all these products is outstanding thermal insulation, which helps keep energy consumption under control. ROCKWOOL stone wool is made from materials that nature itself produces in abundant quantities, one of the earth’s inexhaustible resources – volcanic rock. In addition, stone wool withstands temperatures above 1000°C, making it highly fire-resilient. This means our ROCKWOOL SeaRox product line provides the highest level of fire safety to protect people on ships and offshore platforms. Our fire safe solutions are tested according to the latest international fire test procedures, IMO 2010 FTP Code. Moreover, ROCKWOOL SeaRox products protect against noise and secure a pleasant thermal environment on board, as well as the outstanding water repellency guarantee to maintain the optimal insulation performance of the product.
ProRox PS 960 ALU is an aluminum foil faced mandrel wound pipe section. The insulation sections are made out of stone wool and are produced with an innovative water repellent binder called WR-Tech to mitigate the risk of corrosion under insulation.

SeaRox FM 6030 ALU is a lightweight stone wool insulation mat (wrap) coated on one side with a reinforced aluminium foil.
SeaRox FM 6040 ALU is a lightweight and flexible stone wool insulation mat (wrap), faced on one side with reinforced aluminium foil. Glass cloth (GW200, GW-A, ALU-G) facings are available on request.

SeaRox SL 620 is a semi-rigid stone wool insulation slab (board). Reinforced aluminium foil (ALU) and glass cloth (GW200, GW400, GW-A, ALU-G) facings are available on request.
SeaRox SL 660 is a slab made of stone wool. The product is specially developed to provide maximum fire protection. SeaRox SL 660 (HC Firebatts 150) can be supplied with reinforced alu foil.
SeaRox SL 740 is a semi-rigid and resilient stone wool insulation slab (board). Reinforced aluminium foil (ALU) and glass cloth (GW200, GW400, GW-A, ALU-G) facings are available on request.
SeaRox SL 340 is a semi-rigid slab of stone wool. Excellent properties for easy handling and installation.
SeaRox SL 436 is a semi-rigid slab made of stone wool.The product has a special fibre structure which gives an optimal dynamic stiffness.
SeaRox SL 480 is a strong and rigid stone wool insulation slab. Neutral glass tissue (TN) facing is available upon request.
SeaRox MA 720 ALU is a soft, lightweight mat made of stone wool. SeaRox MA 720 ALU is supplied as a highly compressed roll. The product is as standard supplied with reinforced alu foil. Glass cloth (GW-A and ALU-G) facings are available on request.
SeaRox MA 7000 ALU is a soft, lightweight mat made of stone wool. SeaRox MA 7000 ALU is supplied as a highly compressed roll. The product is as standard supplied with reinforced alu foil on one side. Glass cloth (GW-A and ALU-G) facings are available on request.
SeaRox WM 620 is made of stone wool. One side is faced with 1” galvanized wire netting. The wire netting is stitched on with galvanized wire. The product can be supplied with reinforced alu foil.
SeaRox WM 640 is made of stone wool. One side is faced with 1” galvanized wire netting. The wire netting is stitched on with galvanized wire. The product can be supplied with reinforced alu foil.
SeaRox WM 660 is a mat made of stone wool. The product is specially developed to provide maximum fire protection. SeaRox WM 660 can be supplied with reinforced alu foil.
